Information on Italian Privacy Law (d.lgs nr. 101/10.08.2018 and UE Regulation nr. 679/2016 (“GDPR”).
According to Italian Privacy Law, Euthalia as Privacy Data Owner, gives you some information about personal data of users surfing in the site.
Purpose of data processing
The user is free to provide his personal data to ask for information, to receive brochures or other communications.
Personal data processing may only be carried out to reply to requests received according to art. 6.1, lit. b) of GDPR.
Data provision is optional, but failure to provide them may make it impossible to receive what is wanted.

Data subjects’ rights
According to art. 7 of Privacy Italian Law and to art. 15 and ss. of GDPR, you have the right to obtain:
• a confirmation of existence /absence of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an understandable way;
• a copy of your personal data;
• the deletion of your personal data;
• a restriction in your personal data processing;
• all personal data you provided us or created by yourself, - excluding views of Data Owner and/ or of people in charge according to art. 4 of Privacy Italian Law / and of persons authorized to data processing in the name and on behalf of Data Owner according to art 4 of GDPR- in a structured, common used and PC readable format and to send them directly or by means of Data Owner to another different Data Owner;
• indication of:
• the origin of personal data;
• the categories of processed personal data;
• the purposes and data processing methods;
• the approach applied when using electronic instruments in data processing;
• the identification details of Data Owner and any other responsible person;
• your personal data storage period or criteria to determine its duration;
• subjects or subject categories your personal data may be communicated to or they may Know as named representant of the State, as responsible persons or persons in charge according to art. 4 of Italian Privacy Law / persons named to data processing by Data Owner according to art. 4 of GDPR;
• an updating, a fixing or, when interested, an integration of your data;
• a data processing into an anonymous form or a data processed block when data used in violation of law or when stored with purposes different from the original ones
• an attestation that operations and contents referred to letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention of those to whom data have been communicated or sent, except where such compliance is impossible or involves too many resources compared to the protected rights.
You have also the right to entirely or just in part take position against your personal data processing:
• for lawful reasons, even if data processing is relevant to the processing purpose;
• when related to advertising campaigns, direct sales or marketing and commercial purposes.

We finally inform you that if you believe your rights have been violated by Data Owner and/or by a third party, you have the right to send a complaint to Personal Data Protection Authority and/or to another GDPR competent supervisory authority.
